The challenge

The key requirements were clear: lo-fi packaging with clear claims and benefits, and a design style that was both minimal and playful with vibrant colors.

The process

HappyTreat needed to evoke joy and indulgence, SunnyPaws was to reflect fun and warmth, and Paw Natural had to emphasize health and nature.I brainstormed and sketched initial ideas, keeping the minimal and playful aesthetic at the forefront. I focused on using clean lines, simple shapes, and a vibrant color palette to ensure the designs were eye-catching yet straightforward.

The solution

The final branding direction for the three brands – HappyTreat, SunnyPaws, and Paw Natural – successfully brought Pilot 44’s product concepts to life. Each design featured minimalistic yet vibrant elements that clearly communicated the product benefits, staying true to the playful aesthetic envisioned. HappyTreat's packaging radiated joy with bright, cheerful colors; SunnyPaws captured a sunny, fun vibe; and Paw Natural's design emphasized its natural and health-focused qualities through earthy tones and clean, crisp design elements. The result was a cohesive and engaging branding strategy that aligned perfectly with Pilot 44's innovation-driven approach.
